The delicious yogurt granola bowl is quick to prepare and simply tastes delicious. You can also prepare the yogurt granola bowl the day before and then take it as a to-go version in a glass or simply snack in between.

Ingredients
- 150 g yogurt or vegan alternative
- 30 g granola of your choice
- 300 g fruit of your choice (e.g. strawberries or cherries)
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
Preparation

First, put the yogurt in a bowl and stir it until creamy. Alternatively, you can also use quark or skyr instead of yogurt.

Next, puree about 200 g of fruit with a blender. We used cherries here to complement the granola.

Then pour the pureed fruit over the yogurt to create a fruit mirror.

Next, add the granola and cocoa nibs to your yogurt bowl.

Finally, add some fresh fruit to your yogurt granola bowl.
