You can easily prepare your own healthy ice cream at home. The main ingredient for this is frozen bananas. Additionally, this nicecream (banana ice cream) contains many healthy fatty acids from the nuts it includes.

Vegan chocolate nice cream with hazelnuts

Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp cashews
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 100 ml plant-based drink

First, freeze 3 ripe bananas and leave them in the freezer overnight.

The next day, take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and put them in the blender.

Mix the bananas well on a low setting and add the plant-based drink.

Next, add the remaining ingredients to the blender and mix everything until a creamy consistency is achieved.

You can then put the nicecream in a bowl and refine it with toppings of your choice.
